One of my friends is occupying a house or residence at the end of a cul-de-sac (no-through road or dead-end of a road).
Some of my other friends (who are feng shui believers) have argued it out that a home at the dead-end of a road would not auger auspicious or good feng shui to its occupant.
Is it true to say that a home at the end of a cul-de-sac would draw in negative effects of feng shui?

From the practical point of view, it is not advisable for an individual to have a home or residence, located at the dead-end of a road.
This is because if a fire were to break out, it would be extremely difficult for that particular occupant to escape…
How could the occupant escape when he/she was entrapped at the dead-end of the road?
As far as the tenets of feng shui are concerned, one of them states that the residential building at the end of a cul-de-sac would draw in or attract inauspicious effects of feng shui indeed.
The negative feng shui would create difficulties for that particular resident or occupant to advance further in all situations, especially advancement pertaining to his or her career. He/she would probably be stuck at his/her job forever – without getting any better jobs/offers in his/her entire working life at all!
Thus, it is true to say that a home at the end of a cul-de-sac would attract inauspicious effects of feng shui, as far as feng shui beliefs are concerned.
