I would like to buy a new bungalow soon. But the trouble with it is there is a sharp drop at the back of this house. I have been told that a house of this nature would attract or draw in negative or inauspicious effects of feng shui. Is it true that a sharp drop at the back of a house or building would attract inauspicious feng shui?

From the practical point of view, a building with such a drop would most likely be affected by landslides, especially after a heavy downpour.

From the feng shui point of view, it is believed that such a drop at the back (of a building or house) would draw in or attract inauspicious or negative effects of feng shui to the home.

The inauspicious feng shui would cause the luck of the occupant of such a home to go down at all times, just like the vertical drop at the back of the house!

As such, the particular occupant would likely be struck by misfortune (if he or she were being influenced by the inauspicious feng shui) in the long run!

Coming back to your question, the answer is “yes”…And it is true to say that a sharp drop at the back (of the house or building) would cause inauspicious effects of feng shui to be drawn into that particular building!
