I am a boss of a consulting firm in a busy town and I have employed about twenty workers working for me. My business has been thriving well and my company has been able to reap huge profits all along the years. Of late, however, there is an employee in my company who has been quite undiplomatic, rude and at times; he has even gone to the extent of shouting, quarrelling or confronting everybody – colleagues, visitors and clients – in the office. I have no sacked him yet because he happens to be a good worker. Anyway, would his behavior affect the good feng shui of my company? Would my business be declining in the long run?

From the practical point of view; it is not advisable for anybody to shout, quarrel or confront anybody in any building (be it residential or commercial) at all. From the perspective of feng shui, one of its principles reiterates that the aggressiveness of the person (who likes to shout, quarrel or confront) could possibly pass on to those who happen to be around him (or those who happen to be associated with him). Some feng shui practitioners or masters would regard this phenomenon – the aggressive nature of an individual affecting the emotions of those around him/her – (as) “transfer of emotions”.

In any environment – be it at home or at the place of work – as a result of the aggressiveness of one individual; the others around him could likely be turned into aggressive individuals as well.  Well, referring to the situation in your office, there is a possibility that when the member of your staff confronts the others; the positive vibes could have been driven away, creating a void or vacuum for negative vibes to fluctuate within your vicinity. As a results, inauspicious effects of feng shui are being emitted everywhere within your commercial building and its surroundings.

It is a feng shui belief that these negative effects of feng shui could results in the declining of your business ultimately if the member of your staff keeps on having squabbles with everybody within your workplace. Having said that, you should at least try your best to stop this negative behavior of this particular member of your staff immediately so that an atmosphere of peace, harmony and a sense of well being exists; and hence, enabling positive vibes, auspicious feng shui and en element of good luck to be attracted to your company throughout the years to come.
