Principal of Poly Properties

Dr. Wong Chee Yong PJK is the principal of Poly Properties since 1982. He is the author for the book "Sun Tzu Art Of Property Investment". He conducts training seminars on how to apply Sun Tzu principles in the real estate industry.

Dr. Wong is a much sought-after speaker for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes approved by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. For the past 15 years he has also been an auctioneer of Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam High Courts.

Dr. Wong is a councilor in the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) and is currently also the President of the PJ Autism Learning Centre, Selangor.
